Stack & Crash Mania (com.ozplay.stackcrashmania)
Last updated: 10 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OZPLay (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile game Stack & Crash Mania (the “App”) distributed on Google Play.

1. Who we are

Developer: OZPLay
Contact: REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_EMAIL@example.com

2. What the App does

Stack & Crash Mania is a single-player hyper-casual physics tower game. You build a tower by tapping to drop blocks, earn in-game coins, buy cosmetic skins and helpers, and may watch ads or purchase “Remove Ads”. The App does not require an account and has no chat, social feed, or user-generated content upload.

3. Information we process

3.1 Information stored on your device

We store locally on your device (for example via Android DataStore):

This data stays on your device unless you back up or transfer the device using Android/Google backup features.

3.2 Advertising and advertising ID

The App shows ads (rewarded and interstitial) through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device and advertising identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device/app info, and interaction with ads, according to their policies.

If you purchase Remove Ads, personalized/interstitial ads from our App’s ad placements are suppressed as implemented in the product; other Google services may still operate as described below.

3.3 Analytics and crash reporting

When enabled in a given build, we use Google Firebase (Analytics and/or Crashlytics) to understand stability and basic usage (for example app opens, crashes, and similar events). These services may process device identifiers, app version, and diagnostic data.

3.4 In-app purchases

Purchases (for example Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. Google provides purchase/entitlement status so the App can unlock the feature. See Google’s payments privacy terms.

3.5 What we do not intentionally collect

4. Why we process data

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of the service you request (gameplay and local saves); legitimate interests (security, analytics at a high level); and consent where required for personalized advertising / cookies-equivalent identifiers (via Google’s consent / messaging flows when configured).

6. Third-party services

Independent processors/controllers may include:

Their processing is governed by their own policies.

7. Children

The App is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) as a “Designed for Families” / child-directed product. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child inappropriately, contact us and we will delete it where required.

8. Data retention

9. Your choices and rights

Data deletion: uninstall the App and/or clear App data on the device. For deletion of advertising/analytics data held by Google, use Google account / ad settings or contact us and we will assist where we can.

10. International transfers

Google may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied under Google’s terms.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical measures appropriate for a mobile game (signed releases via Google Play, limited permissions). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy where permitted by law.
